Natasha Clasby currently serves as the Director of Compliance for EMEA at Tegus, a position held since January 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Officer in Regulatory Affairs and International Compliance at AXA XL from December 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing CBI Inspections across EMEA and managing Risk Mitigation Plans. Prior to AXA XL, Natasha was a Senior Risk Analyst at the Central Bank of Ireland, focusing on GDPR compliance and the development of the Compliance Framework. Natasha's career also includes roles as a Legal & Compliance Contracts Specialist and Commercial Underwriter at Allianz, as well as earlier positions in customer service and legal support. Educational credentials include a B.A. (Hons) in Law with Business from Waterford Institute of Technology and various professional diplomas in compliance and insurance.
