Carlin Watkins PRC, CIR, CDR has extensive experience in recruitment and program coordination across various industries. At TEGNA, Carlin holds positions in DEIB Programs & Communications as well as Talent Acquisition. Prior to TEGNA, Carlin worked at Symplicity Corporation as a Corporate Recruiter and at Northwestern Mutual as a Marketing and Recruitment Specialist. Carlin also has experience as a Network Campus Recruiter and as a Marketing and Program Coordinator at the Association of Climate Change Officers. Carlin obtained a B.A in English from the University of Maryland.
