Tika Monavardisashvili is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and service development. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager and Head of PMO at Tegeta since January 2022, Tika also holds the position of Service Development Manager at the Information Technology Development Center. Previous roles include IT Project Manager at Tegeta Truck & Bus, Manager at CLOUD 9, and Grants Manager at TELECLINIC. Tika's career also features a strong foundation in customer service and project coordination, having worked as a Customer Service Manager at PROMO.GE and Assistant Project Coordinator at YMCA GEÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×IA. Tika's educational journey continues at Tbilisi State University since 2003.
