Rejoe Koshy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and digital transformations, currently serving as Senior Manager at Tega Industries since June 2014, where leadership in the digital transformation journey is a primary focus. Prior roles at Tega Industries include Manager of Maintenance and Engineering, overseeing the engineering division, and Manager of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, responsible for the maintenance wing. Earlier experience at Tata Steel Processing and Distribution Ltd. from July 2008 to June 2014 included managing electrical maintenance activities related to steel processing lines and involvement in new project commissioning. Rejoe Koshy holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering from AIEMD and is currently completing a Management Development Program in Corporate Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and Operations at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
