Nicole Blaustein Cohen has held multiple roles in customer service management, starting as a Legal Assistant at Miller & Milone in 2011. In 2012, they were a Marketing and Communications Assistant at NYC Social, followed by an Account Manager at Heritage Tours from 2014-2016. Nicole then moved on to Evolve Vacation Rental Network, where they held multiple customer service roles from 2016-2018, including Customer Experience Agent, Team Lead, and Manager. Since 2019, Nicole has been at TeePublic, first as Senior Manager and currently as Director of Customer Service.
Nicole Blaustein Cohen graduated from Hofstra University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. In 2012, they attended The New School and earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing, completing their studies in 2014.
