Renae Cairns has extensive experience in program management and community engagement, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Teens for Food Justice since February 2020, where previous roles included Advocacy and Community Engagement Manager and Coordinator. Prior to this, Renae worked at The Trellis Center as a Vocational Program Manager, overseeing innovative vocational programming for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Renae's early career includes positions at Boston Organics and 9 Miles East Farm, focusing on marketing, purchasing, and educational roles. Renae holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from Davidson College, earned in 2014, and completed high school at Ballston Spa High School in 2010.
