Elena Espinosa Cabrera is currently involved with the Teenage Cancer Trust as a member of the Youth Advisory Group since February 2023. Concurrently, Elena serves as an Activity Leader and Receptionist at Country Cousins Ltd, a role held since June 2021. Previous experience includes positions as Bar Staff at TUNNELS BEACHES LIMITED from July to September 2021, Retail Sales Assistant at Shore 2 Surf from April to July 2021, and Food Server at Gobblebox Best Chicken in Woolacombe from May 2020 to July 2021. Elena is pursuing a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree at The University of Edinburgh, expected to conclude in May 2028, after completing foundational education at West Buckland School from 2014 to 2021.
