Navi Hughes, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Empower Mental Health since July 2023. Additionally, Navi is a Teen Support Group Facilitator with Teen Life, engaging in volunteer efforts to support adolescents. Prior experience includes working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Prime Behavioral Health, where Navi provided mental health services to diverse age groups, and serving as Clinical Faculty at Southwestern Adventist University. Navi holds a Master’s degree in Psychiatry from The University of Texas at Arlington, with ongoing education from the same institution.
