Ben Vainer has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Construction Supervisor for New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity with Americorps. In 2011, they became the Program Director for The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, as well as the Founder/CEO of Good Question Ink. In 2014, they took on the role of Director of Digital Strategy and Communications for Michael Day for State Representative. In 2015, Ben Vainer began working for the City of Boston, taking on three roles: Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Mayor's Education Cabinet, Director for City Hall to Go, and Mayor's Office of New Urban Mechanics. In 2018, they became the Chief of Staff for the Shah Family Foundation. Finally, in 2019, Ben Vainer founded Tee Commerce.
Ben Vainer received their Bachelor's degree in Social Change and Community Engagement from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Ben is currently in the process of obtaining their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Boston University.
