Yuval Shahar has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and management. Yuval first worked at Personeta as a software engineer from August 2007 to October 2008. Yuval then joined Conduit as a software engineer in June 2009 and was promoted to the role of Software Team Leader in October 2011. Yuval worked there until January 2014. From January 2014 to May 2015, they worked at Perion as a Software Team Leader. Yuval then joined Supersonic, which later merged with ironSource, where they served as an R&D Team Leader from May 2015 to March 2016. At ironSource, they held multiple roles including R&D Group Manager from March 2016 to January 2018, Director of Engineering from January 2018 to January 2019, and Senior Director of Engineering from January 2019 to April 2022. Currently, they hold the position of VP R&D at Tedooo starting from September 2022.

Yuval Shahar attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering.
