Isabel Wen, a Next Economy MBA graduate, currently serves as the Senior Manager for Venture Development at TEDCO, leading initiatives to support early-stage tech startups and underserved founders in Maryland. Isabel is a co-creator and partner at A STELLAR CO, focusing on regenerative business practices, and holds advisory roles with both the Torrey Project and as the founder of NEXT San Diego. Previous positions include Principal at Isabel Wen Consulting, Director of Operations and Strategy Consultant at the Torrey Project, and leadership roles at Women In Bio, where Isabel transitioned programs to virtual formats during the pandemic. Isabel's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from UC San Diego and a Next Economy MBA from LIFT Economy.
