Ray Sell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the architecture and design field. Currently serving as Studio Principal at Ted Moudis Associates since February 2015, Ray acts as the primary contact for clients and oversees project proposals and schedules. Previously, as Design Build Project Manager at Fahey Design Build from February 2004 to February 2015, Ray managed high-end interior renovations and diverse commercial projects, fostering strong client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams. Earlier experience as Designer/Project Architect at Interior Concepts by Design involved managing design and space programming for commercial interiors, particularly in diagnostic facilities. Ray holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts and two Associate in Arts degrees in Graphic Design and Photography from SUNY Rockland.
