Deonta Wortham serves as Chief of Staff for The Audacious Project at TED Conferences, overseeing growth strategy, operations, and talent efforts since October 2024. As Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for GirlTREK and an Aspen Ideas Health Fellow at The Aspen Institute, Wortham remains actively engaged in health and social equity initiatives. Previously, Wortham held senior leadership roles at Rock Health, focusing on organizational development and social impact, and at New Profit, where responsibilities included venture investment selection and support for social impact models. Wortham's extensive experience spans program management and portfolio performance at Emory University's Goizueta Business School and various roles in digital communications and strategy within nonprofit organizations. Wortham holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Manhattan University.
