Christel Ladegaard is the owner and consultant at EPO - præstationsfremmende kommunikation, a training and consultancy firm established in January 2013 that specializes in enhancing communication skills across all organizational levels. With a diverse background, Christel has served as a Speaker Coach for TED Conferences since 2019, an Associate at Mannaz I Kurser og uddannelser from November 2014 to December 2020, and an instructor at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus from 2011 to November 2018. Previous roles include Trainer and Partner at LADEGAARD Partner, instructor at CPH WEST, International Developer at Blended Learning International A/S, and a trainee at LADEGAARD A/S. Additionally, Christel gained early experience in marketing as an intern at Danmarks Radio and in sales as a bank and insurance salesperson at Nykredit. Academically, Christel holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Organisational Communication from Copenhagen Business School and has studied Management and Marketing at the University of Minnesota.
