Michael Bednarski has a comprehensive work experience in the fields of finance, project management, and avionics. Michael started their career as an F-16 Avionics Technician in the United States Air Force, where they ensured the integrity and operation of avionics systems.

After their military service, Bednarski worked as a Project Manager/Supervisor at Belzon, where they were responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of contracted projects for the Department of the Army and Missile Defense Agency. Michael also participated in strategic working groups and briefed high-level officials on various programmatic and oversight documentation.

Following their role at Belzon, Bednarski joined WYLE/CAS Group as a Project Management Analyst. In this position, they performed business management and contracting functions for the development of multiple Program Office technology efforts and ensured compliance with government acquisition and program management policies.

Bednarski then moved on to Tecolote Research as a Project Management Analyst, where they provided oversight and management for advanced technology systems within the Program Management Office, Aircraft Survivability Equipment (PMOASE) portfolio. Currently, Bednarski serves as an International Finance Manager at BAE Systems. Their responsibilities include developing financial forecasts, managing financial expenditures for international contracts, preparing invoicing and billings, and tracking changes in program cash and contract value due to foreign exchange rates. Michael also reports sales volatility and risks to senior management.

Michael Bednarski earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. Michael attended the university from 2005 to 2008.
