Sean O'Day has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and electrical industry. Sean started their career at ComEd as an Instrumentation Specialist, where they worked from 1991 to 1998. In 1999, they joined Tecnova Electronics as a Production Manager and later became the Plant Manager in 2015. In their role as Plant Manager, Sean was responsible for overseeing all plant operations, including production, engineering, and maintenance. Sean recently transitioned to the position of Senior Vice President at Tecnova, where they continue to contribute their strategic leadership skills to the organization.

Sean O'Day pursued their higher education from 1989 to 1991 at Mid-State Technical College. During this period, they completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Instrumentation Technology.
