Francisco Melgar Hiraldo has over 30 years of experience in the technology and defense sectors, currently serving as the Director de Unidad de Negocio de Comunicaciones at TECNOBIT - Grupo Oesía since April 1994, and previously as Jefe de Sistemas de Mando y Control. Prior to this role, Francisco worked as an Ingeniero Software at SAINCO DEFENSA (SAINSEL) from March 1991 to March 1994. Francisco holds a degree in Ingeniero Industrial with a specialization in Ingeniería eléctrica y electrónica from Universidad de Sevilla, completed between 1984 and 1991.
