Sruthi Menon is an experienced professional in People Operations and HR, currently working at TechUp Labs since August 2021, where responsibilities include managing the entire employee life cycle, improving recruitment strategies, designing onboarding programs, and enhancing employee engagement. Previous experience includes a role in product industrialization at Apollo Tyres Ltd from December 2018 to July 2021, and internships at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Durgapur Steel Plant. Sruthi holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur and a Professional Certificate in HR Management and Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Early education was completed at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya in Port Blair.
