Kulwinder is currently Head of Information Security at ElectraLink, who operate Britain’s central energy data transfer function and provide data and technology services - governance, transformation and data analysis. She supports corporate strategy by championing a secure-by-design approach to programmes and initiatives.

She is energetic and passionate about data protection and cyber security and was a former Group Data Protection Officer for a FTSE 100 company, with diverse data sets providing a wide spectrum of services: including customer facing, financial and green power.

She has previously led complex technology and business transformation programmes within the water sector, and more recently worked to deliver the governance and technology to enable Water Competition Market opening in April 2017.

Kulwinder holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Chemistry and is a qualified Privacy Professional.

Her personal interests include fitness training, cooking and travelling. She lives in the Midlands with her husband and two children.
