Justin Boatman is an experienced professional in operations and quality management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Milwaukee Tool since February 2024 and previously holding the role of Plant Manager at Techtronic Industries - TTI since February 2022. Prior to these positions, Justin worked as Quality Manager in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical division at Altium Packaging from January 2020 to 2022. Justin's earlier experience includes serving as Continuous Improvement Manager and Supplier Quality Engineer at MasterCraft Boat Company from September 2016 to April 2020.
