Perdie Alder is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. As Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Hotbed since May 2022, Perdie oversees a platform and community designed to support ambitious startups. Additional roles include being an investor in Saarey and Aura Fertility, and a Lead Mentor for Techstars since April 2023. Perdie also hosts ScaleUP Europe, an exclusive network for developing scaleup teams, and co-founded Spice Startups, delivering tailored programs for clients. Previous experience includes heading a growth program at TechHub, community management at Reload Greece, and engagement management at Reward Gateway, where Perdie maintained client relationships and developed effective engagement strategies. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Bath Spa University and an online course in Neuroscience from Harvard.
