Ilit Raz is the Founder and CEO of Joonko, a company dedicated to enhancing diversity in talent sourcing across the United States since 2016. In addition to leading Joonko, Ilit serves as a Mentor at Techstars since August 2020 and has extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager at various startups from 2010 to 2016, including Soomla, Melingo, GlassesUSA, and Wandera. Prior experience includes positions as a Teaching Assistant at IDC Herzliya from 2009 to 2016 and significant roles within the Israeli Intelligence Corps, where Ilit worked as a Software QA Manager and a Senior QA Engineer from 2003 to 2011. Ilit Raz holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Reichman University.
