Maddy Clark has had a varied and successful career in customer experience and customer success roles. Maddy began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Wymondham College in 2012. In 2014, they joined Instant Impact as a Recruitment Consultant, progressing to Managing Consultant, Principal Consultant, and eventually Senior Managing Consultant. In 2017, they moved to Ometria as a Customer Success Manager, and was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they joined Transversal as a Customer Success Manager. In 2020, they joined Techspert as VP of Customer Experience, then VP of Customer Success, and then Customer Success Director. Finally, in 2021, they joined Pavilion as an Executive Member.
Maddy Clark has a Master of Arts (MA Cantab) in Archaeology and Anthropology from the University of Cambridge. Maddy also has certifications from CCO School at Pavilion, obtained in December 2022, as well as CSM Level 1 and CSM Level 2 certifications from Pulse Academy by Gainsight, both obtained in January 2022.
