Lakshmi has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Tech One IT since October 2022, where responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing the offer process. Prior to this role, Lakshmi worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Heitmeyer Consulting from July 2021 to September 2022, performing similar duties. Earlier experience includes working as an Information Technology Recruiter at Talenthires from December 2018 to June 2021, where the focus was on reviewing resumes and engaging potential candidates. Lakshmi also has a background in sales as a Sales Executive at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from July 2009 to May 2013, managing a portfolio of rheumatology and osteoporosis products. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Andhra University, obtained between June 2005 and April 2008.
