Scott Bolden has served as Vice President at PrimeSoft Solutions, Inc. since May 2003, providing leadership in operational controls and strategic growth. Previously, Scott worked as a Senior Information Technology Consultant, assisting in the development and training of a web-based content management product for the US Department of Energy. As Senior Proposal Manager at MS Technologies, Inc., Scott led proposal efforts for government agencies, while also managing IT proposals at Veridian Corporation. Earlier experience includes senior consulting roles and a long tenure at the National Geographic Society, culminating as Director of Computer Support Services. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science, Psychology from the University of Maryland.
