Swapnil Masaye has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Swapnil started their career as a Solidworks and Ansys Workbench Trainer at EduCADD Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2014. After that, they worked as an Associate Design Engineer at V2Solutions from April 2016 to May 2017. Following this, they joined Accupack Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as a Design Executive in October 2017 and held this position until September 2021. During their time at Accupack Engineering, Swapnil was responsible for designing workstations for blister packaging machines, modeling design concepts in Solidworks, troubleshooting machine assembly issues, and preparing detailed drawings for manufacturing purposes. Swapnil also worked on coordinating with other departments and preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP. Currently, they are working as a Design Engineer at Technosoft Engineering Projects Limited, starting from September 2021.

Swapnil Masaye completed their HSC in Science from the University of Mumbai from 2008 to 2010. Swapnil then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai from 2010 to 2014.
