Akanksha Narode is currently a Senior Program Associate at TechnoServe since September 2023. Previously, Akanksha held roles as an Associate and Researcher at Quilt.AI from September 2021 to March 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, where Akanksha conducted research on the financial and social implications of the Belt and Road Initiative under Dr. Marina Kaneti and studied the Gender Gap in COVID-19 Mortality under Dr. Sonia Akter. Akanksha served as a Fellow in the Chief Minister's Office in Maharashtra, India, managing various social welfare and infrastructure projects from August 2018 to August 2019. In addition, Akanksha was a Fellow at Teach For India from June 2016 to May 2018, focusing on educational development for underprivileged students. Earlier internships include work with the Ozone Group and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority. Akanksha holds a Master in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Technology in Planning from COEP Technological University.
