Julie Van Mele has been working at Technopolis Group since November 2016 as the Operations Manager for HR and Finance. Julie is a key member of the Management Board and oversees a team of 5 employees. Julie is responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, from job descriptions to contract drafting to onboarding and appraisals. Julie also handles payroll, staff costs budgeting, and staff compensation and benefits. Julie is involved in designing and implementing new HR initiatives in alignment with the company's objectives. Additionally, Julie manages projects financial management, accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting. With a background in HR, accounting, and legal assistance, Julie brings a wealth of experience to their current role.
