Katlyn Purser is a Senior Associate at Technomics, Inc. since April 2021, previously serving as an Associate. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Analyst with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission from May to August 2020, where Katlyn developed an interactive analysis tool in Power BI for risk assessment results presented to NRC Resident Inspectors across six plant locations. As a Computer Science Intern at COMPARATIVE INNOVATIONS, LLC from June 2018 to May 2019, Katlyn optimized code for a laser detection and geolocation prototype and created interactive systems in LabVIEW for data analysis. Additionally, Katlyn served as a Social Media Coordinator for Foodie & The Beast from September to December 2017, developing weekly summaries for the blog and social media. Katlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland, earned in 2020.
