Meredith Lee has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Meredith started their career in 1990 as an Assistant Director of Training & Documentation at Rengain Consulting. During their time there, they worked on developing policy, procedural, and training collateral for software applications used by government entities and private companies. Meredith also documented SAP HR configuration and developed nationally accredited SAP training.
In 2000, Meredith joined Mincom as a Technical Writer, where they led a team in developing user assistance for the company's business software applications. Meredith created content, edited content developed by other technical writers, and manufactured in-product user assistance sold as an add-on to customers' solutions.
Following their role at Mincom, Meredith worked at Frontier Software as an Education Officer. Meredith was responsible for all internal and external user education for the company's HR and payroll application, where they designed and implemented training solutions and accreditation programs for staff and customers.
In 2015, Meredith joined TechnologyOne as an Enterprise Learning Manager. Meredith led a team in delivering innovative Cloud-based help and learning solutions for the company's suite of enterprise software. Meredith also managed the TechnologyOne University online learning portal, providing engaging learning resources to internal staff and external customers.
Recently, Meredith has held the position of Learning Practice Lead, Products at TechnologyOne. In this role, they oversee the creation and delivery of learning content across Product teams and the wider business. Meredith drives innovation around learning technologies and practices and mentors and supports others to drive continuous improvement and increase learner satisfaction.
Throughout their career, Meredith has demonstrated expertise in learning and development, user assistance, and technical writing.
Meredith Lee attended Springwood State High School from 1981 to 1985, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2021, they obtained a certification as a Professional Member from the Australian Institute of Training & Development (AITD).
