Erica McKown is the Director of Marketing Operations at TMT, where Erica effectively manages and ensures all marketing projects and campaigns are completed accurately and on time. Prior to this, Erica worked as an Event Project Manager for Big Red Media and as a National Sales Coordinator for Cumulus Media. With a Bachelor of Science in Recording Industry from Middle Tennessee State University, Erica also has experience in office management and customer service roles.
