Don Newsom has been in the professional workforce since 1994. Don began their career as a warehouse manager for Lady Baltimore Foods, Inc. and then moved on to become an associate and branch compliance manager for World Financial Group (WFG). In 2001, they became a network/IT administrator for Michael S. Mancina & Associates and then in 2003 they joined Sprint as a technical project/program manager. In 2016, Don Newsom accepted a position as the VP of operations for Technology Group Solutions (TGS).

Don Newsom reports to Lenora Payne, CEO. Don Newsom works with Mike Parks - VP of Solution Architecture & Service Delivery, David Schooley - Controller, and Vivica Ballew - VP of Human Resources.
