Terje Grefstad is an experienced project manager and senior consultant at Technogarden AS since 2006, specializing in telecom with expertise in fiber and mobile networks, project management, and customer relations. Prior to this role, Terje operated Grefstad Media as a web developer and advert sales professional from 2002 to 2020.
