Camilo Andres Gutierrez Latorre is an experienced RF planner with expertise in the design and optimization of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G/NR basestations. Since April 2011, Camilo has been working at Technogarden Engineering Resources AS, providing RF planning and training for major operators in Norway. Prior to this role, Camilo served as a trainer and consultant at Techcom Consulting GmbH, focusing on GSM and UMTS RF network planning and performance. Camilo's career began at Siemens, where responsibilities included RF planning for a Telefonica project in Ecuador and managing implementation teams for the Colombiamovil GSM project. Camilo holds an Engineer's degree in Electronics and a certificate from a specialized course in PCS and Mobile Communications from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
