Victor Andrade is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in agile development and technical analysis, currently serving as a Technical Leader at Technisys Canada since July 2018. In this role, Victor leads teams in implementing and customizing the Cyberbank banking platform, enhancing user experience across various financial institutions. Prior to this, Victor held positions at Claro Ecuador from March 2009 to July 2018, where responsibilities included leading development teams and managing software releases in various projects, and at E-Technology Ecuador as a Software Engineer focusing on business analysis and web application development. Victor holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Mathematics from San José La Salle.
