Néstor Germán Delgado has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Néstor Germán started their career at Cámara Argentina de Shopping Centers as an Assistant to the General Manager from January 1994 to December 1996. Néstor Germán then worked at Movicom as a REP from an unknown start date to an unknown end date in 1998. Néstor Germán joined Movistar Argentina in December 1997 as an Internal Client Analyst, where they were responsible for designing and maintaining the company's internal client website, managing the Help Desk dashboard, and participating in various internal client projects. In April 2008, Delgado became the Head of Internal Services at Atento, where they managed and supervised general services, such as cleaning, security, and office supplies, for over 7,000 employees across eight branches in Argentina and Uruguay. Since 2013, they have been working at Technisys as the Head of Procurement and Lead Office Manager, overseeing administrative teams responsible for supplier control, invoice presentation, maintenance, cleaning, library, refreshments, transportation, and logistics. Néstor Germán also led the implementation of a Request and Complaint Management System with service level agreements.
Néstor Germán Delgado holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, specializing in Public Opinion and Advertising, which they obtained from the University of Buenos Aires from 1991 to 2000. Néstor Germán later pursued additional education in Quality, acquiring knowledge of ISO 9001.2000 standards from Fundación C.A.N.E. in 2005. Delgado also completed a specialization in Internal Communications from the University of Buenos Aires in 2004.
