Gavin Sanderson is an experienced offshore engineer and umbilical engineer, currently working at Duco and Technip since November 2011. At Duco, Gavin specializes in umbilical testing, while at Technip, responsibilities include pressure testing of hydraulic systems, flushing and cleaning hydraulic systems, performing electrical testing on umbilicals, CR, IR, and TDR, as well as OTDR testing on fiber optics. Additionally, Gavin assembles hardware onto umbilicals both onshore and offshore and assists in the installation and commissioning of umbilicals in offshore environments.
