Douglas Edwards is an experienced Mechanical Technician with a diverse background in mechanical operations and technical support. Currently employed at Technicote, Inc. since June 2022, Douglas previously held positions including Mechanic at Owens Corning and Mechanical Technician at C&W Services and Energy Transfer. Prior experience also includes roles in sales at Verizon Wireless and as a Help Desk Support Technician in a medical environment, where Douglas supported various Windows operating systems. A veteran of the United States Navy, Douglas developed and implemented complex work packages and trained personnel in equipment operations and safety. Douglas holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Services from the National Institute of Technology, along with other educational qualifications from ITT-Tech and The University of Findlay.
