Sandhya Rao has a diverse and extensive work experience in the medical field. Sandhya most recently worked as a Medical Monitor at Technical Resources International, Inc. starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Physician at Signify Health from an unknown start date to February 2022. Sandhya also worked as a Consultant Urologist at BSDT Integrated Cancer Treatment and Research Centre from 2017 to 2020.

Sandhya later attained an M.Ch. Urology degree from Topiwala National Medical College and B.Y.L. Nair Hospital in Mumbai, India.
