Bryan Stone has a diverse work experience in the clinical operations and TMF (Trial Master File) management field. Bryan most recently worked as a Clinical Operations Manager at Technical Resources International, Inc., starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they were a TMF Manager at Emmes from June 2021 to August 2022, where they managed TMF teams and site activation activities.

Bryan also has experience as a Project Lead at Just in Time GCP, where they provided direction and improved processes for managing TMF from implementation to archival. Bryan worked in this role from May 2020 to June 2021.

Before that, Bryan worked as a Managed Services Consultant at Veeva Systems from September 2019 to May 2020, where they worked with customers to ensure personalized custom Vaults met their needs. Bryan also worked at Inovio Pharmaceuticals Inc. from November 2017 to September 2019, holding roles such as TMF Leader I and TMF Specialist II, where they provided robust oversight and managed various eTMFs across multiple trials.

Bryan began their career at ICON plc in December 2012 as a Document Management Assistant, mentoring the Document Management Team in India and ensuring the quality and completeness of documents. Bryan later became a Clinical Trial Assistant, providing support to study, site, and sponsor staff and maintaining electronic databases.

Bryan Stone attended Penn State University from 2007 to 2011, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in BioBehavioral Health. Bryan also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biobehavioral Health from The Pennsylvania State University during the same time period. Bryan Stone also holds a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain, although the specific date of obtaining the certification is not provided.
