Rachel Alfie is a seasoned Sr. Applications Engineer at TMC Vibration Control since 2019, previously serving as an Applications Engineer. From 2014 to 2019, Rachel held positions as a Senior Materials Engineer focused on China Business Development and Coatings Development Chemist at The Haartz Corporation. Prior experience includes working as an Advanced Product Development Chemist and Chemist at QD Vision, Inc. from 2010 to 2014, contributing significantly to quantum dot technology and product reliability. Rachel began a professional journey as a Summer Research Intern at Merck in 2006, where small molecule agonists for atherosclerosis therapeutics were designed and synthesized. Educational credentials include an MS in Organic Chemistry from Duke University, a Certificate in Design and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Hunter College.
