Francine Williams-Arienti currently serves as the Human Services Director at Technical Assistance Collaborative, Inc. Francine has extensive experience in managing federal and state-funded projects in areas such as behavioral health, Medicaid, and community integration. Prior to their current role, Francine held positions in research, policy analysis, and technical assistance related to homelessness and mental illnesses. Francine holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University at Albany and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the State University of New York Cortland.
