Rinku Titus currently serves as Human Resources Manager at NDimensionZ Solutions Pvt Ltd since September 2022 and as Senior Human Resources Consultant at Techmindz since November 2021. Prior experience includes HR Manager at Admod Technologies Pvt Ltd from December 2014 to November 2021, where responsibilities involved publishing job descriptions, preparing evaluation criteria, scheduling interviews, and conducting inductions. Rinku began the career as HR Executive at ANNA KITEX GROUP from March 2013 to December 2014, handling payroll management and processing exit formalities. The career commenced as a Management Trainee HR at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited in early 2012. Rinku holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Cochin University of Science and Technology and a BSc in Physics from MG University.
