Michael Proch serves as Senior Manager Digital HR at McCain Foods since April 2024, leading the Digital team within the Employee Experience Centre to enhance HR functions through digital transformation. Prior to this role, Michael was IT Service Delivery Manager at The Adecco Group, contributing to business strategy from a Digital & IT standpoint. Michael's experience includes several positions at Volvo Group, such as Global Wellbeing Program Manager, Technical Lead, and Data Management Lead, where responsibilities encompassed managing global HR initiatives and implementing various HR technology solutions. Michael began their career in HR roles at Hewlett-Packard and as Owner/Managing Director of a medical outsourcing company in Kluczbork. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in International Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Empirical Sociology, complemented by participation in an Erasmus programme in Sociology.
