Kavita Poddar is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management, currently serving as Sr. HR at LIBSYS Limited since October 2017 and HR Manager at Techlet Solutions since May 2015. Kavita has a strong foundation in employee recruitment, retention, staff development, conflict resolution, and HR policies development, including extensive background verification processes.
