Stephanie Parr serves as General Counsel at Meritech Capital since January 2020, while also holding the title of Legal Advisor at Caerus Investment Advisors, LLC since October 2018. Additionally, Stephanie is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels, since June 2020. Prior legal experience includes serving as Special Counsel at Cooley LLP from February 1994 to August 2008 and as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from January 1991 to December 1993. Stephanie Parr earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
