Megan Au is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles, primarily in the blockchain and technology sectors. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel - Corporate at ConsenSys since May 2018, Megan has held various positions related to compliance and strategic partnerships within the company. In addition to the role at ConsenSys, Megan is an active member of the Blockchain Association's Self-Custody and NFT Working Groups, the DeFi Interest Group of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, and serves as Deputy GC for TechGC. Prior experience includes significant compliance roles within Columbia University Athletics. Megan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and English from Tulane University.
