Leo Spirtos serves as Senior Counsel, Commercial at Lyft since August 2020, managing Commercial Legal for Sales. Additionally, Leo is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for Deputy General Counsels. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Corporate Counsel, Commercial at Talend, and as Head of Legal at CloudSphere, overseeing various legal aspects including commercial agreements and intellectual property. Leo's earlier roles at DocuSign and Hortonworks involved Enterprise Sales, while the initial professional experience included a position as Inside Sales Representative at Axway Appcelerator. Educational credentials consist of an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Santa Clara University School of Law, a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, a Master of Science from Valparaiso University, and a Bachelor of Science from Miami University.
