Jeffrey Barton is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Jeffrey serves as a member of TechGC since October 2022. As Principal and Chief Legal Officer at G Squared since September 2012, Jeffrey has been instrumental in guiding the company's legal strategies. Additionally, Jeffrey is the Founder and Managing Partner of Alliance Consulting Group, established in May 2008. Previous roles include Principal at Global Silicon Valley Securities LLC from July 2017 to December 2019, Director and Compliance Officer at Stifel Financial Corp. for a brief period in 2011, and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at CM Group LLC from February 2007 to June 2010. Earlier in the career, Jeffrey was the Director and Chief Compliance Officer at Horace Mann from October 2004 to February 2007.
