William Hart Wade is a seasoned legal executive currently serving as a Global Vice President of Legal at Sitecore since August 2011, overseeing legal strategy, team management, and innovation while managing a global legal team. William Hart Wade is also a member of the independent TechGC community as of July 2023. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Maersk FPSOs, a Corporate Analyst at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP focusing on M&A in the finance sector, and judicial positions at the High Court of American Samoa and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. William Hart Wade holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.S. from Washington and Lee University.
